Processing Time All orders are carefully processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped with tracking information.
Shipping Timeframes Delivery times vary by location:
- United States: 7-14 business days
- International: 14-21 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey to you.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free standard shipping on all US orders over $70. Orders under $70 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Select international orders may qualify for free shipping through our fulfillment partners.
International Orders For international shipments, please be aware that:
- Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
- We ship to over 28 countries worldwide
